I recently had a flare up of Rosacea after being symptom free for nearly ten years. Pam helped my skin as well as my confidence level through this difficult period by offering her educated diagnosis, treatment plan, diet and lifestyle recommendations. Her focus was on treating and educating me. I had significant improvement within days of my first treatment! It is simply a wonderful experience to be sitting in her chair. Pam has done such a great job with my ‘60ish’ skin! She also removed sun damaged skin from husband – I’m concerned if she continues, his skin will look as good as mine.

As a researcher and long-time consumer of skin care products I appreciate the depth of Ms. Zagula’s knowledge related to the science underlying the medical grade skin care at Advanced Medical Aesthetics. Her ability to taylor individualized skin care plans stands alone among other skin care professionals. I truly do not know another aesthetician as talented. Thank you Pam. Pam is the best. I live most of the year in Italy, and I’ve had treatments throughout Europe, including Monte Carlo and Switzerland, and these do not compare with the quality of care that Pam offers. When I come back to MD, I make an appointment with Pammy. Her expertise as a nurse and her ability to work with Dr. Sandel give her an edge that others do not have. I recommend Pammy without hesitation. She is worth it. She is simply that good!

I have had many treatments over the years for my acne prone skin. Since I have been following Pams treatment plan for me, my skin has dramatically improved. I actually had 2 people at work tell me I had great skin. I had a tough time believing it since I can vividly remember the “acne years”. But they are right, Thanks to Pam I do have great skin!

I have been under Pam’s expert care for 15 years off and on. However, just recently I had a horrific reaction to an over the counter cream. I called Pam in a panic. She was an angel of mercy. She made time for me to come in. Not only did she offer a shoulder to cry on she even called the company and gave them “What For”. In about a week I basically had new beautiful and flawless skin. She followed up with the company on my behalf and also checked on me like a mother hen. She is not only a phenominal esthetician but truly cares about her patients. She is a gifted , wonderful, good person.

I just can not beleive in three treatments how much better my skin looks and feels. I always had acne and have tried every medication with my dermatologist. I was not sure but took a chance and it has been a blessing to find Pam! She works miracles
